We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service team at our Boviteq Madison, WI Office.  In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the positive and professional relationships Semex & Boviteq have built with our global customers, breeders, distributors, and partners.  


  • Provide leadership to customer service representatives

  • Collaborate with IVF Lab Coordinator to provide support to customer needs

  • Serve as a main contact for key clients

  • Work with Marketing to organize paperwork and materials for sponsorships

  • Coordinate all export documentation for shipments

  • Work with Accounting to settle any invoice/payment disputes

Profil Requi


  • Customer service & 3-5 years of management experience

  • Dairy or beef industry background and general understanding of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer required

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to be a team player
