Boviteq is an IVF laboratory owned by Semex and we are currently looking for a customer service representative to join our team.  This role would be focused on shipping logistics.  Duties would include creating packing lists and labels for shipment of semen, fresh embryos, and frozen embryos; coordinating the aspiration schedule of veterinarians to ensure on time delivery of incubators; inventory management of incubators and liquid nitrogen vapor shippers; delivering embryo report information to clients and veterinarians and inputting embryo destiny details; and communicating with veterinarians to fulfil their aspiration media needs.

Profil Requi

Necessary skills include excellent communication and good rapport with clients, precise reporting, timely feedback of information; ability to coordinate multiple tasks; and organization and planning skills.  Previous experience with shipping logistics or animal agriculture is a plus, but we are also willing to train an individual with the necessary attention to detail.
