As part of our Product Development team, we are seeking a collaborative leader for the role of Jersey Product Development Manager.  The Jersey Product Development Manager is responsible for ensuring Semex has the best Jersey genetics to meet our global product demand.  In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of Jersey sire analysts and product acquisition specialists, along with key genetic suppliers and industry partners, to further enhance the product development strategies for the Jersey breed.  As the successful candidate, you will possess strong attention to detail, negotiation and business planning skills.  You will be a relationship builder who can communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with a diverse group of stakeholders. This role will encompass moderate North American travel and some international travel. The work location for this role is flexible within North America.
